Zonta Says No 2014

Get Involved: Join Zonta’s Campaign to End Violence Against Women and Girls

Zonta International is pleased to announce the continuation of “Zonta Says NO to Violence Against Women”, an international campaign to raise awareness of and increase actions to end violence against women and girls around the world.

The campaign officially began with the launch of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender Violence in November 2012. Today the campaign continues to feature the actions of Zonta International’s more than 1,200 clubs in 67 countries to prevent and end violence against women and girls in their local communities. It also highlights Zonta International’s ongoing efforts through the Zonta International Strategies to End Violence against Women Program and through Zonta’s partnerships with the United Nations and its agencies.

How can you and your club participate?

The Zonta Says NO to Violence Against Women campaign will take place from 25 November – 10 December 2014 to correspond with the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence Campaign. During these 16 days, Zontians are encouraged to participate in actions with your Zonta club to show Zonta’s collective commitment to ending violence against women and girls.
